Broadcom ACPL-074N High-Speed Digital CMOS Optocouplers
Broadcom ACPL-074N High-Speed 15Mbaud Digital CMOS Optocouplers utilize LED packaging and CMOS Integrated Circuit (IC) technologies to achieve excellent optical galvanic isolation at a data rate of up to 15Mbaud. The basic building blocks of these optocouplers are the high-speed LED and a CMOS detector IC. The detector IC incorporates an integrated photodiode, a high-speed transimpedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver. An internal Faraday shield provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity specification of 30kV/μs, minimum. The Broadcom ACPL-074N is UL recognized with an isolation voltage of 3750VRMS for one minute per UL1577.Features
