Diodes Incorporated DT1240A TVS Diode Arrays
Diodes Incorporated DT1240A TVS Diode Arrays are high-performance devices that protect four high-speed I/Os. These DT1240A TVS diode arrays feature 4 and 8 channels of ESD protection, low channel input capacitance, and TLP dynamic resistance. The DT1240A TVS diode arrays comply with IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-5 and offer clamping voltages of 8.2V or 7.5V. These DT1240A TVS diode arrays operate within a temperature range of -55ºC to 85ºC. Typical applications include USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 3.1, serial ATA, DVI™, HDMI1.4™, and PCI™.
