ECS ECS-TXO MultiVolt™ TXCOs with Analog Compensation
ECS ECS-TXO MultiVolt™ Clipped Sine Wave Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) utilize analog compensation, which is ideal for stability-critical applications. These devices offer a 1.7V to 3.6V supply voltage range, 10MHz to 52MHz frequency range, and ±1.0PPM frequency tolerance. The ceramic package dimensions are 2.0mm x 1.6mm x 0.8mm for the ECS-TXO-20CSMV module and 2.5mm x 2.0mm x 1.0mm for the ECS-TXO-25CSMV module. ECS ECS-TXO MultiVolt Clipped Sine Wave TXCOs with analog compensation operates in a -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
