Infineon AIROC™ CYW20829 BLUETOOTH® LE MCUs offer high reliability and range with an integrated power amplifier for 10dBm of transmit output power and a receive sensitivity of -98dBm for BLUETOOTH LE 1Mbps. The MCU supports all features up to BLUETOOTH LE 5.4 and requires minimal external components. CYW20829 impresses with a high integration level, leading to reduced BOM costs. The device integrates a powerful 96MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCU and a secondary Arm® Cortex®-M33 dedicated to the BLUETOOTH controller. CYW20829 comes with 256KB of application SRAM, an XIP capable Quad SPI interface to allow the flexible selection of external Flash, and a diverse range of peripherals, including CAN FD, PDM, I2S, ADC, and timers.The Infineon AIROC™ CYW20829 MCU supports a secure boot/execution environment, a TRNG, eFuse for custom keys, and cryptography acceleration for safeguarding sensitive data. The device is complemented by a rich and proven software infrastructure, offering extensive code examples and an easy-to-use development environment.
The CYW20829 Bluetooth LE provides a cost-effective and small-footprint alternative to the combination of an MCU and a Bluetooth LE radio.
