Infineon Technologies EVAL-CY15B104QSN Evaluation Board is a low-cost memory module which integrates a 4Mbit (512K x 8) 3.0V EXCELON™ Serial (SPI) F-RAM, CY15B104QSN. This memory module enables quick and easy integration of the EXCELON™ F-RAM into any development kit. The Infineon Technologies EVAL-CY15B104QSN is Pmod compatible and connects to any host platform (MCU/SoC) that supports SPI or Quad SPI with 3.3V I/Os.
