JAE Electronics MY05 Automotive Connectors
JAE Electronics MY05 Automotive Connectors are low-current connectors designed to handle high voltages, specifically up to 1000VDC. These automotive connectors are engineered to meet the creepage and clearance distance requirements of IEC 60664-1. The MY05 1000VDC connectors are compact and aim to support the growing demand for high-voltage batteries and fast charging in EVs. These connectors operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making them suitable for various automotive environments. The MY05 connectors are ideal for BMS applications on various battery packs (including electric vehicles and battery energy storage units), high-voltage industrial equipment, and automotive applications.

- Voltage rating based on IEC 60664-1
- Plastic material UL94 V-0, halogen-free, PFAS-free, and CTI600
- USCAR-2, USCAR-37, LV214, and LV215 tested
- Common pin header connector for both types of socket connectors
- Socket connector:
- 2 socket connector options available MX80 terminal type or EU standard terminal type (near future)
- Optional Connector Positioning Assurance (CPA)
- Pre-set side retainer for Terminal Positioning Assurance (TPA)
