KEMET T527 Facedown Polymer Tantalum KO-CAPs

KEMET T527 Facedown Terminal Polymer Tantalum KO-CAPs (Organic Capacitors) have a Ta anode and Ta2O5 dielectric and conductive organic polymer that replaces the traditionally used MnO2 as the cathode plate of the capacitor, resulting in low ESR and improved capacitance retention at high frequency. KEMET T527 Polymer Tantalum KO-CAPs offer improved packaging efficiency with a low-profile design through the use of facedown technology. This series offers high capacitance from 22µF to 100µF and voltage range from 4V to 10V in a 3216-10 package size and is ideal for densely populated circuits where space restrictions do not allow the use of more commonly available, larger-sized components.
