Littelfuse AHRL Automotive-Grade PolySwitch Resettable Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient (PPTC) devices are compact and designed for the automotive industry. Littelfuse AHRL PPTCs are 16V, high-temperature, lead-free, radial-leaded resettable devices that meet Littelfuse's automotive qualification, which is based on the AEC-Q200 stress test qualification for passive components.
