Littelfuse AQ3118-02JTG Low-Capacitance TVS Diode Array

Littelfuse AQ3118-02JTG Low-Capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode Array features a robust design that provides two-channel protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and lightning-induced surges. This device safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level per IEC 61000-4-2 (level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation and safely dissipates 2A of 8/20μs surge current per IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition. The AQ3118-02JTG features a low leakage current of 50nA at 18V and ultra-low I/O-to-I/O capacitance of 0.3pF. This TVS diode array from Littelfuse is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, halogen free, lead free, and RoHS compliant.
