Microchip Technology PIC32MZ DA Series Graphics Applications MCUs feature an integrated graphics controller, graphics processor, and 32MB of on-chip DDR2 DRAM. The PIC32MZ DA MCUs are optimized for Graphical User Interface (GUI) designs. The PIC32MZ DA offers microprocessor-like graphics quality with the ease of design of an MCU.
At the heart of the PIC32MZ DA is the Graphics Controller sub-system, which enables the GUI design to create graphical actions that would be improbable for an MCU CPU by itself. The integrated DRAM offers wide-ranging storage for graphics, complex communications, and data logging applications. The device provides a fast display and design of the GUI with MPLAB Harmony Graphics 2.0. Unique graphics design tools include the MPLAB® Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and MPLAB Harmony Integrated Software Framework, which conveniently deliver designers the ability to increase their application’s color resolution and display size.
The Microchip Technology PIC32MZ DA Integrated Graphics Microcontroller is available in BGA-169, LFBGA-169, LFBGA-288, and LQFP-176 packages.
