Nexperia 2N7002AK N-Channel Trench MOSFETs

Nexperia 2N7002AK N-Channel Trench MOSFETs are enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistors (FETs) in small surface-mounted (SMD) plastic packages using Trench MOSFET technology. These AEC-Q101-qualified devices offer logic-level compatibility in a wide -55°C to +175°C junction temperature range.
