Nexperia Trench Schottky Rectifiers in Clip-Bonded FlatPower (CFP) Packages meet the challenging demands of efficient and space-saving designs. The Rectifiers combine low reverse current, low forward voltage, and lowest Qrr to enable high efficiency at high ambient temperatures. Available in several CFP package options with high power capabilities, these Nexperia devices offer a true alternative to SMA. These options result in better thermal performance and a smaller footprint.
The Trench Schottky Rectifiers are designed for a range of automotive, industrial, consumer, and computing applications. The devices are ideal in LED lighting, powertrain systems in hybrid vehicles, and high-temperature applications. The Schottky Rectifiers in CFP15/15B, extend the existing range of Trench Schottky rectifiers that now includes 25 types.
