Nexperia NEX30606 High Efficiency Step-Down Converter

Nexperia NEX30606 High Efficiency Step-Down Converter provides an ultra-low operating quiescent current of typically 220nA. The Nexperia NEX30606 uses Constant On Time (COT) control to achieve a low power consumption mode and fast transients while operating with a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. At light load conditions, the converter seamlessly enters Power Save Mode to reduce switching cycles and maintain high efficiency. For 1.8V output, connect the VSET pin to GND. Sixteen other internally set voltages can be selected by connecting the resistor to the VSET pin. The NEX30606 provides an output current of up to 600mA. With an input voltage of up to 5.0V, the device supports multiple sources such as 2S to 3S Alkaline,1S Li-MnO2, and 1S Li-ion/Li-SOCL2. The NEX30606 device series comes in a tiny 6-pin WLCSP package with a 0.35mm pitch.
