NXP Semiconductors PCF85263A RTC Evaluation Board (OM13510)

NXP Semiconductors PCF85263A RTC (Real-Time Clock) Evaluation Board (OM13510) is a demonstration and development platform for the PCF85263A Real-Time Clock and Calendar. The PCF85263A is optimized for low power consumption with automatic switching to battery on main-power loss. This device features a clock output and two independent interrupt signals, two alarms, an I2C interface, and quartz crystal calibration. The PCF85263A RTC can also be configured as a stopwatch (elapsed time counter).

The OM13510 includes a pre-mounted NXP Semiconductors PCF85263A RTC in a TSSOP-10 package, along with a quartz crystal, a lithium battery, and a blocking capacitor to buffer the supply voltage. A push-button allows the user to activate the timestamp. All signals are accessible on a line of pins, eliminating the need to contact the tiny package directly.
