onsemi CAT25080x EEPROM Serial 8-Kb SPI Devices

onsemi CAT25080x EEPROM Serial 8-Kb SPI Devices feature a 32-byte page write buffer and support the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol. These SPI devices are enabled through a Chip Select (CS) input, and the required bus signals are a clock input (SCK), data input (SI), and data output (SO) lines. The CAT25080x SPI devices feature hardware and software protection and block write protection that protects 1/4, 1/2, or all of the EEPROM array. These SPI devices offer a self-timed write cycle, 1,000,000 program/erase cycles, and 100-year data retention. Typical applications include automotive, communications, computer, consumer, and industrial systems.
