onsemi MBR140SF/SNRVB140SF Schottky Barrier Rectifiers
onsemi MBR140SF/SNRVB140SF 40V 1.0A Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are ideally suited for low-voltage, high-frequency rectification or as polarity protection and free-wheeling diodes in surface mount applications where weight and compact size are critical to the system. This package also provides an easy-to-work-with alternative to the leadless 34 package style. Due to its small size, the onsemi MBR140SF/SNRVB140SF is ideal for use in portable and battery-powered products, such as cellular and cordless phones, notebook computers, chargers, printers, PDAs, and PCMCIA cards. Typical applications include DC-DC and AC-DC converters, reverse battery protection, and “ORing” of multiple supply voltages and any other application where size and performance are critical.Features
