PANJIT 50V Enhancement Mode MOSFETs

PANJIT 50V Enhancement Mode MOSFETs have advanced Trench process technology and offer a low drain-source on-state resistance [RDS(ON)]. Each device is ESD-protected up to a 2KV human-body model. For design flexibility, these devices are available in six packages (SOT-363, SOT-563, SC-89, SOT-523, SOT-23, and SOT-323). All PANJIT 50V Enhancement Mode MOSFETs are lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0 and have a Green molding compound as per the IEC 61249 standard.
