TDK CN 22nF 3225 MLCCs
TDK CN 22nF 3225 Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are low-resistance soft-termination MLCCs that achieve a leading 22nF capacitance in a 3225 (3.2mm x 2.5mm x 2.5mm) case size. These TDK MLCCs also feature C0G characteristics at 1000V. The capacitors feature a unique terminal structure that realizes resin electrodes, offering low resistance equal to standard terminal products. These TDK resin electrodes achieve high reliability against external stress and reduced loss, making them ideal for use as resonator and snubber capacitors.Features
