Qorvo CMD204/CMD204C3 SPST Non-Reflective Switch MMICs are broadband non-reflective MMIC SPST switches. The CMD204/CMD204C3 covers DC to 20GHz and features a low insertion loss (CMD204 1.0bD and CMD204C3 1.3dB) and high isolation of 50dB (CMD204) or 48dB (CMD204C3) at 10GHz. The Qorvo CMD204/CMD204C3 operates using complementary control voltage logic lines of 0/-5V and requires no bias supply. The CMD204 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
