Qorvo QPF7607 RF Front End Module (FEM)
Qorvo QPF7607 RF Front End Module (FEM) is an integrated high-power FEM designed for Wi-Fi® 7 (802.11be) systems and integrates a 6GHz Power Amplifier (PA). This iFEM integrates bandBoost technology to create an easier-to-use and extremely compact solution for Wi-Fi tri-band applications. The QPF7607 RF module operates at 5V supply voltage, 29dB transmission gain, and 3.4dB noise figure. This module features the integration of U-NII 5-8 bandBoost BAW filter, Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) switch, and Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) into a single device. The QPF7607 RF module is suitable for access points, wireless routers, set-top boxes, customer premise equipment, and Internet of Things (IoT).
