Renesas / Dialog SLG46811 GreenPAK Programmable Mixed-Signal Matrix

Renesas / Dialog SLG46811 GreenPAK Programmable Mixed-Signal Matrix provides a small and low-power component for commonly used mixed-signal functions. The circuit design can be created by programming the One Time Programmable (OTP) Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) to configure the interconnect logic, the IO pins, and the macrocells. This highly versatile device allows a wide variety of mixed-signal functions to be designed within a very small and low-power single-integrated circuit. The SLG46811 matrix features an analog temperature sensor, read back protection and operates at the 2.3V to 5.5V supply voltage range and -40°C to 85°C temperature range. This matrix is available in a 12-pin STQFN package and is RoHS-compliant/halogen-free. Typical applications include notebooks, tablet PCs, smartphones, fitness bands, personal computers, servers, PC peripherals, consumer electronics, data communications equipment, and portable electronics.
