Silicon Labs EFR32FG14 Flex Gecko Proprietary Protocol SOCs offer a secure wireless solution for connected devices. The EFR32FG14 SoCs include an ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontroller (MCU) and provide a maximum output power of 19dBm. With a receive sensitivity of -120.6dBm (2.4kbps, 2GFSK, 868MHz) these devices support a full DSP instruction set and floating point unit to speed computation. Built with low-power Gecko Technology which includes innovative low energy techniques, fast wake-up times, and energy saving modes EFR32FG14 SoCs are ideal for energy-sensitive applications. In addition, these devices include 256kB Flash, 32kB RAM, 28 GPIO Pins, 2 x 16-bit Timers, and multiple communication interfaces.
