SST Sensing OXY-FLEX Oxygen Transmitters
SST Sensing OXY-FLEX Oxygen Transmitters are compact and cost-effective zirconia transmitters designed to measure the percentage level of oxygen in combustion processes, excess air monitoring, bakery ovens, and other applications. The OXY-FLEX is configurable to measure either 0% to 25% or 0% to 100% oxygen and supplies manual or automatic calibration. The OXY-FLEX Series is quick to install and integrate into existing systems, and specialist software is not required. The probe can be mounted directly on an aluminum or stainless steel electronic housing.The SST Sensing OXY-FLEX Oxygen Transmitters are ideal for typical applications such as combustion control of industrial boilers, burning oil, gas, coal, or biomass; composting probes; and duct monitoring systems.

- 4mA to 20mA/0VDC to 10VDC and digital outputs selectable
- Cycling 3.3V DC logic output allows direct monitoring of the O2 sensor for diagnostic purposes
- Can be calibrated in normal air, 20.7% O2, or in any other known O2 concentration
- Selectable output filtering allows fast and dynamic or slow and stable output
- Externally triggered automatic or manual calibration
- Measures in temperatures up to 400°C/750°F
- IP66-certified enclosure in either aluminum or stainless steel
