STMicroelectronics TSV781 & TSV782 Unity-Gain-Stable Amplifiers
STMicroelectronics TSV781 and TSV782 Unity-Gain-Stable Amplifiers are 30MHz-bandwidth unity-gain-stable amplifiers. The TSV78x features a rail-to-rail input stage and a slew rate of 20V/µs. The amplifiers are ideal for low-side current measurement and operate from 2.0V to 5.5V with a single supply. The devices are fully specified on a load of 47pF for easy usage as an A/D converter's input buffer. The TSV78x series offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 30MHz gain bandwidth product while consuming just 3.3mA at 5V.Features
