Taiwan Semiconductor Bi-directional ESD Protection Diodes
Taiwan Semiconductor Bi-directional ESD Protection Diodes are clamping cells to protect power interfaces, one control line, or one low-speed data line in an electronic system. These diodes protect sensitive electronic components connected to power and control lines from over-voltage damage by lightning and Electrostatic Discharging (ESD). The proprietary clamping cells prevent over-voltage on the control/data/power lines during transient conditions and protect any downstream components. The ESD protection diodes feature a unique design and come in an ultra-small package saving board space. These halogen-free diodes are rated with level 1 moisture sensitivity per J-STD-020 and are RoHS-compliant.
