Taiwan Semiconductor TSSA5U50 and TSSA5U60 Trench Schottky Rectifiers are electrical devices designed for high-frequency miniature switched-mode power supplies. Rectifiers convert alternating current, which periodically reverses direction, to direct current. Trench Schottky Rectifiers are ideal for adapters, lighting, and onboard DC/DC converters. VRRM repetitive reverse voltages measure 50V for Taiwan Semiconductor TSSA5U50 and 60V for TSSA5U60.
