Texas Instruments REF2125 Series Voltage Reference

Texas Instruments REF2125 Series Voltage Reference is a low-temperature drift (6ppm/°C), low-power, high-precision CMOS voltage reference. This device features ±0.05% initial accuracy and low operating current with a power consumption of less than 95µA. The REF2125 also offers a very low output noise of 5µVpp/V, enabling it to maintain high signal integrity with high-resolution data converters and noise-critical systems. Stability and system reliability are further improved by the low output-voltage hysteresis of the device and low long-term output voltage drift. Furthermore, the small size and low operating current of the Texas Instruments REF2125 make it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications.
