Texas Instruments TAS6421Q1EVM Evaluation Module showcases a 2.1MHz 1-Ch Digital Input Class-D Audio solution for automotive infotainment applications. The TAS6421-Q1 significantly reduces inductor size and optimizes total system cost via the 2.1MHz switching frequency. The TAS6421-Q1 provides one channel at 27W into 4Ω at 10% THD+N and 45W into 2Ω at 10% THD+N from a 14.4V supply and 75W into 4Ω at 10% THD+N from a 25V supply.
The Texas Instruments TAS6421-Q1 Evaluation Module features an Optical SPDIF, USB and external I2S or TDM input options, and an on-board USB-I2C controller for GUI-driven module evaluation.

- Optical SPDIF cable (optional)
- Desktop or laptop PC with Microsoft® Windows® 7 or Windows® 10 operating system
