Texas Instruments TXS0102V/TXS0102V-Q1 2-Bit Voltage Translators

Texas Instruments TXS0102V/TXS0102V-Q1 2-Bit Level Shifting Voltage Translators are bidirectional voltage-level translators and can establish digital switching compatibility between mixed-voltage systems. The device uses two separate configurable power-supply rails. The A ports support operating voltages from 1.65V to 3.6V. It tracks the VCCA supply and the B ports while supporting operating voltages from 2.3V to 5.5V while it tracks the VCCB supply. This feature supports higher and lower logic signal levels and provides bidirectional translation capabilities with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V voltage nodes.

All I/Os are placed in the high-impedance state when the output-enable (OE) input is low, significantly reducing the power-supply quiescent current consumption. OE should be tied to GND through a pulldown resistor to put the device in the high-impedance state during power up or down. The driver's current sourcing capability determines the minimum value of the resistor. The Texas Instruments TXS0102V-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
