This device offers typical ESD protection to 800V and has an RDS(on) of the only 0.15Ω at 10V VGS or 0.20Ω at 4.5V. Vishay / Siliconix SQ2361 Automotive P-Channel 60V Power MOSFET is halogen free, according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition, and complies with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.
