Würth Elektronik MagI³C-VDRM Variable Step-Down Regulator Modules
Würth Elektronik MagI³C-VDRM Variable Step-Down Regulator Modules comprise a fully integrated current mode DC/DC power supply in two package options: TO263-7EP and QFN. These VDLM modules also feature switching power stages, control circuitry, and passives in the same package. The built-in compensation circuitry and soft-start design provide a smooth and safe power-up. The MagI³C-VDRM modules require as few as five external components and eliminate loop compensation and the magnetics part selection process. The onboard protection circuitry prevents thermal and electrical damage. Würth MagI³C-VDRM Variable Step-Down Regulator Modules operate from an input voltage range of 3.5V to 50V and deliver up to 3A output current with accurately regulated output voltages. This highly efficient series offers flexibility and is ideal for powering a wide range of systems and ICs.
