Features
- Easily add IEEE 802.3bt compatible PoE to any ethernet port using our complete family of devices
- The existing single-port Si3471 or quad-port Si3474 provides up to 90W 4-pair power on each ethernet port
- The quad-port Si3472 provides up to 30W using 2-pair IEEE 802.3bt or 45W legacy mode in a compact 5 x 7 QFN package
- The SI3473 provides octal ports at up to 30W using IEEE 802.3bt 2-pair protocols or up to 45W using legacy mode in industry standard 8 x 8 QFN package
- Use industry-standard 255mΩ sense resistor or choose the more thermally efficient 200mΩ sense resistor option
