The 0603 technology enables smaller products of higher performance, design flexibility, and enhanced applications. The Vishay TLMx1000 and TLMx1100 0603 LEDs are AEC-Q101 qualified and ideally suited for small-scale, high-power products intended to work in demanding environments.
