CY62256NLL 256-kbit CMOS Static RAMs

Alliance Memory CY62256NLL 256-kbit CMOS Static RAMs are high-performance devices with an automatic power-down feature that reduces power consumption by 99.9% when deselected. These Alliance Memory CMOS SRAMs with an active low Chip Enable (CE), low Output Enable (OE), and tristate drivers make memory expansion easy. The CY62256NLL CMOS SRAMs operate at a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range with a high-speed operation of 55ns. These CMOS SRAMs are designed with 275mW(max) of low active power and 82.5μW(max) of low standby power. The CY62256NLL CMOS Static RAMs are available in various packages.
