STPS6x0CSFY Automotive Power Schottky Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics STPS630CSFY, STPS640CSFY, and STPS660CSFY Automotive Power Schottky Rectifiers are 30V, 40V, and 60V dual 3A diodes for applications requiring optimized forward voltage drop (V_F) and leakage current characteristics. These diodes are also suitable for use in secondary rectification functions, such as DC-to-DC converters and freewheeling functions. These Schottky rectifiers from STMicroelectronics feature high surge current capability, low losses, low forward and reverse recovery time, and a high maximum junction temperature. The rectifiers are offered in a compact PSMC (TO-277A) package and are AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications.
